Move & Connect is a social recreation program for children ages 5–18 that combines movement, group activities, and guided play to help kids build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop positive peer connections in a fun, structured environment.

How Each Session Is Structured
Each 90-minute Move & Connect session is designed to balance movement and connection:
45 minutes of movement-based activities that emphasize teamwork and cooperation
45 minutes of social recreation, group games, and collaborative challenges
The movement portion supports group participation and shared problem-solving, while the social recreation portion allows children to practice communication, teamwork, and confidence-building in a relaxed, engaging setting.
Who Move & Connect Is For
Move & Connect is open to all children ages 5–18.
Children do not need prior experience, special skills, or a diagnosis to participate. The program is designed to be inclusive and supportive of a wide range of personalities, interests, and abilities.
