Making High Quality Mental Healthcare Accessible and Affordable to All
Founder's Story
Jack’s journey began in the high-stakes world of international finance, where his career peaked with a landmark cross-border acquisition, hailed by The Wall Street Journal in 2010 as “one of the landmark deals of the era.” Despite his professional success, Jack felt unfulfilled and began searching for a deeper purpose.
This search became personal when a close friend shared the struggles of raising children with severe ASD and ADHD. Finding suitable solutions was far from easy, with wait times for treatment often exceeding a year. Witnessing these challenges firsthand, Jack recognized the broader mental health crisis and saw an opportunity to use his resources and problem-solving skills to make a difference.
In 2015, Jack founded Cognitive Leap Solutions, the parent company of the Cogleap Center for Achievement, with a mission to make high-quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable. He assembled a team of world-class experts, including Harvard-trained psychiatrist Dr. Hallowell and Professor Rizzo. Guided by principles such as utilizing objective assessments, embracing a strength-based approach, building trust and deep connections with children, leveraging AI to ensure quality care, empowering parents with knowledge and self-care, and prioritizing non-drug interventions, the company has developed innovative solutions like the Virtual Classroom Attention Tracker (vCAT) and the HFS Cognitive Training System. These tools have transformed countless lives and received accolades from institutions such as Stanford School of Medicine, the Governor’s Office of the State of California, and Friends of Children with Special Needs.
One notable success story is Jn, an 8-year-old with ASD and ADHD. After struggling with traditional interventions, Jn’s family turned to Cogleap. Through personalized care, he made remarkable progress in focus, self-control, and emotional regulation. His parents now describe his transformation as “a miracle.” In addition to offering innovative solutions, Cogleap has integrated some of its own approaches in the traditional interventions, such as ABA therapy, ensuring children receive comprehensive support in one location.
With the support of a dedicated team and committed parents, Cogleap has brought hope to families across continents. Under Jack’s leadership, the organization continues to innovate and expand globally.
As Jack reflects, “Helping children flourish begins with families who take the initiative to reach out for help. Together, we can ensure that no child is left behind.”
Thank you for being part of this journey.
