A joyful, movement-based enrichment program for connection, confidence, and coordination.

HFS Move & Connect™ is a non-clinical, movement-based social development program designed to support the physical, emotional, and social development of all children ages 4 to 18. Powered by the Hope Focus System (HFS), this unique program provides a structured yet joyful environment where children can build confidence, practice social skills, and have fun through movement and play.

HFS Move & Connect™ welcomes all children, including those who may benefit from additional support with social engagement, movement, or focus. It is a non-clinical program rooted in inclusive play and structured recreational learning.

 Program Structure

  • Weekly sessions held in Irvine, Walnut, and San Jose

  • Small group classes (3–6 children per group) for personalized attention

  • Each session includes structured movement, group games, emotional check-ins, cooperative play, and celebration of progress
