Move & Connect® Program

Move & Connect® is a play-based social recreation program for children ages 5 to 18 that supports physical, emotional, and social growth. Powered by HFS®, it combines movement, teamwork games, and guided coaching to build confidence, communication, and real-world social skills in a fun, structured setting.

Our psychotherapy services provide a safe, culturally responsive space for children, teens, adults, couples, and families to address emotional, relational, and life challenges.

Life Skills Training

Our 1:1 Life Skills Training helps children and young adults build practical everyday skills for greater independence and confidence, including self-care, daily routines, home skills, community safety, communication, shopping, budgeting, transportation, and work-readiness skills.
