Move & Connect® Program

Move & Connect® is a play-based social recreation program for children ages 5 to 18 that supports physical, emotional, and social growth. Powered by the HFS®, it combines movement, teamwork games, and guided coaching to build confidence, communication, and real-world social skills in a fun, structured setting.
