Unlocking Focus, Confidence, and Social Growth Through Brain-Engaging Coaching
Every child learns differently -and that’s not just okay, it’s powerful.
HFS is a personalized one-on-one coaching program for children and young adults, designed to help them thrive in focus, executive function, emotional awareness, and social connection.
Backed by insights from Dr. Edward Hallowell - renowned expert in ADHD and child development - HFS combines neuroscience, movement, music, and connection to create a structured, motivating, and joyful experience. Over the past years, HFS has supported hundreds of children in discovering what they're truly capable of.

How HFS® Works
Our training is designed to harness your child’s brain plasticity, forming new neural pathways and enhancing learning capabilities. By leveraging the brain’s natural ability to change and adapt, we’re helping to create lasting improvements.

Specially engineered music (via bone conduction)
-
Warm, personalized coaching and connection
-
AI-assisted personalization to tailor each session to your child’s evolving needs
This dynamic, multisensory approach nurtures self-regulation, attention stamina, executive functioning and learning readiness by:
-
Encouraging brain-body integration through strcutured movement
-
Supporting focus and listening skills with rhythmic, calming sound
-
Strengthening working memory and impulse control through engaging routines
-
Building confidence through real-time coaching and engagement
-
Adapting session content based on continuous feedback using AI tools to optimize progress
A Personalized Growth Journey Begins Here
HFS is well-suited for children and young adults who:
If your child has big energy, big feelings, or just learns differently—HFS meets them where they are.
- Struggle with focus, restlessness, or staying organized
- Have big emotions that are hard to manage
- Need encouragement to express themselves or build friendships

The Science Behind HFS®
1、Rooted in Brain Science
Our methods are grounded in how the brain learns best—through movement, rhythm, and meaningful connection. Each HFS® session is thoughtfully designed to activate attention pathways and reinforce self-regulation through repetition, structure, and warm interpersonal coaching.
2、Brain-Body Integration in Action
Children engage in exercises that challenge balance, cross-body coordination, and motor planning—activities proven to strengthen connections between the body and brain. These movement-based tasks are more than play—they build stamina for attention and create a foundation for learning.
3、Sound That Supports Focus
We use specially processed music delivered through bone conduction headphones. This allows a range of sound frequencies to stimulate different brain regions without disrupting verbal interaction, helping children regulate sensory input while staying connected to their coach in real time.

“My son has been attending Cogleap’s classes for 4 weeks now. Trainer Lucy did a great job encouraging my son in the training, making him perform well beyond expectations. In return, my son loves Lucy very much and is always very happy to attend class. We hope that after completing the entire training, he will be more focused, time-efficient, and independent. Cogleap also provided lots of parenting advice and went the extra mile to consult with my wife and me. That alone already started helping us improve our family relationships and make our home more peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend Cogleap for their kids’ training class.”

“I came into contact with Cogleap by chance. After learning about their advanced concepts and training methods, I signed up for 60 hours of training for my children with the attitude of giving it a try. I really didn’t expect that after my child participated in this training, he would become more optimistic and positive—he even became more motivated to learn. As a parent, I am lucky to have come into contact with the Cogleap. I hope our choice today can also help other children’s future development. Another thing I absolutely love is that the trainers at Cogleap, especially Trainer Rose and Trainer Claire, really work hard for the children, which is really worth recommending.”

“It’s a magical place that makes you feel at home… And when we discovered that our child feels the same way and loves coming here so much, we were so grateful and relieved. Part of the reason is that the staff here is so nice and welcoming, and the therapists truly care about your children from the bottom of their hearts. We’re so happy that after several weeks of training at Cogleap, our daughter’s willingness to communicate with others has greatly improved. This is exactly what I expected… (As a mother of an autistic child, what better therapy could there be other than helping your child to communicate)? I strongly recommend this place to parents with neurodiverse kids.”
