Move & Connect® is a social recreation program designed to support the physical, emotional, and social development of children ages 5 to 18. Powered by the HFS®, the program integrates movement-based games, music listening, and supportive coaching to help children build confidence, strengthen communication, and enjoy learning through play.
Each session takes place in a safe, structured environment and features age-appropriate activities that foster teamwork, emotional awareness, and real-world social skills—all in a fun and engaging setting.
Life Skills Training helps children develop practical, age-appropriate skills they can use in everyday life.
Each child’s program is individualized based on their age, current abilities, daily routines, and family priorities. Training focuses on specific skills the child may need additional support to learn, practice, and use more independently
