HFS® Focus & Social Training Program

A Structured Recreational Program Supporting Attention, Emotional Growth, and Social Engagement

What is HFS®?

The HFS (Hope Focus System) is a non-clinical, recreational learning program designed to help children improve focus, emotional regulation, and social interaction through play-based and movement-based activities. It is tailored to neurodiverse learners, including children with social and attentional challenges, who benefit from structured support in community-like environments.

What Does the Program Offer?

Engaging activities that support:  

• Emotional awareness & self-regulation  

• Social confidence & communication  

• Sustained attention & task-following

Group-based or 1:1 interactive sessions

Delivered in a positive, motivating environment

Led by trained facilitators familiar with neurodiverse children

Designed to foster inclusion and participation for children who may struggle in typical social recreation settings

  • HFS can help and enhance:

    Emotional Regulation: Activities that promote self-awareness and help manage emotional responses, enabling children to handle stress and respond calmly to challenges.

    Behavioral Skill-Building: Structured tasks that improve self-discipline and social adaptability through personalized sensory exercises and motor activities.

    Social Interaction: Group sessions that foster peer engagement and communication skills in a supportive environment.

How much does HFS® training cost?

Fees:

Group Class: $400/month (1 session per week)

One-on-One Class: $125 per session

 

Date & Time:

Group Class: Saturdays, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM (once a week)

One-on-One Class: Flexible scheduling available

An average of 40 HFS sessions significantly improves cognitive and behavioral skills.

It is particularly noteworthy that the average improvement for the the following categories is over 50% :  

·Emotion Regulation     ·Attention & Focus     ·Impulsivity & Hyperactivity     ·Language Expression

**FAS(Fundamental Abilities Survey)is a scientifically validated assessment framework that includes 13 major categories of cognitive behaviors, providing a 360° overview of each child.
