Duties: · Produce financial and market intelligence by extracting, querying, and analyzing data from internal systems—including billing platforms, enrollment databases, and marketing analytics tools—to support program planning, budgeting, and business growth strategies. · Generate periodic performance reports and visual dashboards that summarize insights related to client acquisition, therapy utilization, program profitability, and marketing effectiveness, and deliver them to executive leadership and department heads. · Devise and apply analytical methods to identify trends and patterns in service demand and regional market conditions, supporting data-driven decisions for expanding educational and therapeutic services. · Develop segmentation models and forecasting tools using data from internal repositories and public sources (e.g., census data, education and health databases) to project enrollment trends, estimate revenue growth, and evaluate geographic expansion opportunities. · Create data frameworks and reporting processes that combine financial, operational, and marketing data into a unified business intelligence environment, enabling leadership to track performance and make informed strategic decisions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business questions and develop metrics that align with Cogleap’s goals in improving client outcomes, maximizing operational efficiency, and sustaining financial health. · Maintain business intelligence tools and ensure data integrity through ongoing validation, documentation, and optimization of data pipelines and reporting systems. · Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark Cogleap’s performance against industry peers, identifying gaps and opportunities for service enhancement, brand positioning, and outreach expansion. · Support organizational learning by presenting key insights and trends in digestible formats for internal training, strategic workshops, and stakeholder briefings, fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making across teams. Salary: $73,174 per year Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. · Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills · Strong communication skills (oral and written).
