Our Partners

At Cogleap, we believe meaningful support extends beyond any single program or service. We collaborate with trusted community organizations that share our commitment to supporting children, neurodivergent individuals, and families.

Through these partnerships, we help families connect with additional resources, professional guidance, community programs, and services that can support their needs at different stages of their journey.

Kindness Network

Community Wellness & Resource Connection

Kindness Network is a community wellness platform that connects California residents with local programs, events, and organizations.

The platform makes it easier for individuals and families to discover support close to home while helping community organizations connect with people who may benefit from their services. The platform is free to use, and participating organizations offer services in a variety of languages.

Why We Partner

Families often need support that extends beyond a single provider or program. Kindness Network helps expand access to community-based resources and makes it easier for families to discover additional services that may support their well-being.

A Connected Community of Support

Every family’s needs are different. By building relationships with organizations across mental health, neurodiversity, education, and community wellness, Cogleap aims to help families access a broader network of support.

Partner services are provided independently by each organization. Availability, eligibility, insurance coverage, fees, and program details may vary. Please contact each organization directly for current information.
