HFS music

The HFS music component consists of over 200 hours of classical music that has been specially treated to emphasize specific frequency ranges known to stimulate different areas of the brain.

Why classical music?

Classical is the most studied genre of music and has shown positive impacts on stress, pain, mood, sleep and memory. Classical music also features a wide dynamic range and structural complexity ideal for engaging the brain.

How is the music processed?

The HFS music is treated with dynamic equalization to emphasize frequency ranges that correspond to specific brain regions and cognitive processes. The system targets low frequencies to stimulate sensory and motor skills, middle frequencies to stimulates communication skills and the high frequencies to stimulate advanced comprehensive skills. The middle frequency and high frequency sections are especially helpful for children’s memory, concentration and comprehension.

Which functions do the music modules improve?

The HFS music includes six main music modules: calming program, sensory and motor, concentration and attention, reading and auditory processing, optimal performance I, and optimal performance II.

What are bone conduction headphones?

What is the mechanism of the bone conduction?

Unlike traditional headphones, bone conduction headphones use vibration to transmit audio information directly to the inner ear through the bones. Bone conduction stimulates both the vestibular system and vagus nerve, which promotes neuroplasticity and brain performance.

What are the benefits of bone conduction technology?

1)It helps to enhance the effects of HFS program’s therapeutic music

2)It supports emotional regulation and management

3)It stimulates the vagus nerve and helps control anxiety and depression

4)It engages the vestibular system, which helps improve organization, balance and coordination
